In order to promote further cooperation between Italy and the People's Republic of China, The University of Ancona and Chenglu University of Technology join in the

Following agreement on educational and scientific cooperation.

The two universities will endeavor to cooperate in education and research in areas of mutual interest.

To the feasible exten both universities will encourage direct contact and cooperation between faculty members , departments, and research instituons.

The following general forms of cooperation will be pursued.

1.Collaboration of faculty and staff for research, lectures, discussions and other academic pursuits.
2.Exchange of graduate and undegraduate students for study and reseach.
3.Exchange of pubblished information.
Themes of joint activities and the conditions for utilizing results achieved and agreements for specific visits, exchanges and other forms of cooperation will be developed mutually on the availability of fundes.

Hereupon the signatures of the representatives of both universities will follow in the hope of promoting mutual friendship and cooperation.

The agreement will remain in effect unitil one party notifies the other of its wish to terminate the agreement at least niety (90) days before the end of the academic years.
