Cooperation agreement between Prof:Marco Pacetti, Rector of the Università degli Studi di Ancona, authorised to draw and sign the present document by the Academic Senate on Mansoura University Egypt, deeming the development of direct cultural and scientific cooperation to be mutually advantageous to both Istitions and in order to strenghen such co-peration, agree on the following issues:

Article 1

Research co-peration shall commence in the field of:interactions of drugs and metals with biomolecules:

Co-peration shall be carried out through:

a) exchange of teaching, researching and technical personnel for workshops, seminars conferences and common research,

b) exchange of students within integrated study programs,

c) exchange of information, documentation and scientific pubblications,

d) use of complex technical scientific apparatus:

Article 2

Medical insurance for travelting scholars will be provided according to the current norms of the host country:

All partners must be sure that visiting scholars have with therm

Form issued by their own country, or a similar document:

In case there are no international agreements for medical incurance, the host institution will provide an ad hoc medical insurance policy

Article 3

This agreement shall be in force for two years once signed by both partied

It can be renewed one more year upon presentation of both a scientific and a financial balance sheet as well as of a budget estimate.

Article 4

Settlement of controversies concerning the interpretation and fulfilment of the agreed terms and conditions shall be entrusted to an Arbitration Court composed by three members, one appointed respectively by each party, and the third chosen by mutual consent.

Article 5

The agreement will be signed in two original. Each Institution will keep a copy in original.
