Cultural cooperation agreement between Prof.Marco Pacetti, Rector of the Università degli studi di Ancona, autohorised to draw up and sign the present document by the Academic Senate on

30 Novembre 1999

And

Prof.Dr.jns petr Meincke Rector and Chairman of the Academic Senate on

And

Prof.DR. Gens Petr Meincke Rector and Chaiman of the university of

Cologne -Germany

Deeming the development of cultural and scientific co-peration to be mutually

Advantageous to both Institutions and in order to strenghen such co-peration, agree on the following issues:

Article 1

Research co-peration shall commence in the fields-s of Medicine

Co-peration shall be carried out through:

a) echange of teaching, researching and technical personnel for workshops,

seminars conferences and common research,

b) exchange of students within integrated study programms,

c) exchange of information, documentation and scientific publications,

d) use of comlex techical scientific apparatus,

Article 2

Medical insurance for travelling scholars will be provided according to the current norms of the host country;

All parthers must be sure that visiting scholars have with therm form issued by their own country, or a similar document.

Article 3

This agreement shall be in force for two years once signed by both parties.

It can be renewed one more year upon presentation of both a scientific and a financial

Balance sheet as well as of a budget estimate.

Article 4

Settlement of controversies concerming the interpretation and ful filment of the agreed terms and conditions shall be entrusted to an Arbitration Court composed by three members one appointed respectively by earch party, and the third chosen by

Mutual consent.

Article 5

The agreement will be signed in two original Each Institution will keep a copy.
