In the interest of international collaboration in the field of Mathematics, the above mentioned Istitutions herey indicated as Participating Istitutions, agree to cooperation in the areas of research, techonology development, scientific meetings (seminars, conferences and workshops) and education.

The cooperation will be realised by conducting common research and establishing educational programmes on topics related to mathematics.

The participating Istitutions agree to ensure fulfilment of the above tasks in harmony with the scientific programme that will be arranged the representatives of the two parties.

The means for implementing the cooperation are:

4.1

Exchange faculty and staff members and students còncerned in this programto perform common experimental work and appropriate analyses of data or theoretical work.

4.2

Exchange faculty concerned in this program to deliver lectures and seminar open to all students.

4.3

Publisk in scientific jornals and present at national and international conferences-symposia and other meetings the results of the common research work.

Financial resources to be used for the implementation of this cooperation when needed will be determined on the basis of ad hoc arrangements between the involved participating Istituons.

The Participating Istitutions will make all facilities available to the visitors from other participating Istitutions at the same conditions that are applied to their affiliates.

7

The visitors going to other country should properly insure themselves according to the law of accepting country.

The scientific programme will be run by the scientific representative of the Participating Istitutions

The signature of the scientific representative of each Participating Istitution will accompany the signature of its authorised representative at the end of this document.

This agreement comes into force after the signature of the representative of all Participating Istitutions, its established in 2 (two) years and it can be altered or terminated at any time at the request of one Participating Aflter the period of two years the agreement is automatically for another year unless a contrary advance notice is delivered in written form by the one fo the Participating Istitutions at least thee months before expiring.
