UNIVERSITA' POLITECNICA DELLE MARCHE and LIPETSK TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY
Agree upon thè following:

Art.1

In thè framework of thè cooperation program between Regione Marche (Italy) and thè Region of Lipetsk (Russia), thè Lipetsk Technical University and thè University of Ancona through this agreement wish to promote thè development of direct scientific and technological cooperation in thè fields where both Institutions are working.

Art.2

Co-operation shall bè carried out through:

a) exchange of teaching, researching and technical personnel for workshops, seminars conferences and common research;

b) exchange of students within integrated study programs;

e) exchange of information, documentation and scientific publications;

d) use of complex technical scientific apparatus.

Art.3

In order to achieve thè aims of art.1 thè aforementioned institutions will jointly develop a programme of work and exchange and shall seek funds to draw up thè necessary budgets in order to guarantee, in equal measure, thè interests of institution.



Art.4



Medicai insurance for travelling personnel and scholars will be próvided according to thè current norms of thè host country. In case there are no International agreements for medicai insurance, thè host institution will provide an ad hoc medicai insurance policy.

Art.5

Within thè present agreement each structure elects his own representative. The two representatives have to decide thè cooperation program and thè relative source of funding and to verify thè realisation of thè mentioned aims.

Art.6

This agreement shall be in force for two years once signed by both institutions. Before thè expiration in case of mutuai written consent thè agreement will be renewed for other two years
