AGREEMENT OF COOPERATION

HUE UNIVERSITY, VIETNAM
After having mutual understanding of cooperation potential and capacity, Polytechnical University of Marche (ITALY), College of Sciences, College of Agriculture and Forestry (Hue University, VIETNAM), with the objective of promoting cooperation in the field of training and academic research, establish the tripartite agreement as follows:
Article 1
The three parties agree that the objectives of the cooperation agreement aim to:
- strengthen the relationships among universities by promoting filli understanding of the culture and specific traditions of each country;
- promote teaching activity and joint curricula at undergraduate, master and doctoral;
- develop research themes that are of mutuai interest;
- develop curricula which are mutually recognized and usable in the field of the international scientific community.
Article 2
The three parties agree to carry out the following activities:
- to mutually exchange teachers, researchers and students of each university, for selected curricula so to ensure that regular classes for specific subjects are successfully completed whenever needed;
- to organize courses, meetings and seminars in each one of the three Universities whenever recognized as needed;
- to explore the possibility of formai mutuai recognition of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, within the frame of each one's country legislation;
- to promote training for trainers (university teachers and technical experts), in the fields of urban, architectural, environmental and animai sciences;
- to exchange information, teaching material, bibliography and databases;
- to develop joint research programs in the fields of urban, architectural, environmental and animai sciences;
- to provide assistance in the fields of scientific research and training to ongoing projects carried out in the interest of our respective countries and of our respective institutions.
Article 3
The details of every single activity carried out within the frame of this agreement must be negotiated and approved by ali parties, according to the necessities for each individuai case.
Article 4
This agreement will go into effect on the date signed by the representatives of the three universities and will bave a validity for five years. Upon expiration, it will be renegotiated within six months prior to its naturai termination and if agreed by ali three parties, will be renewed.
Article 5
The agreement is compiled in English language, in six originai copies, signed and stamped by institution representatives ; each party shall possess two originai copies.
Article 6
Three parties should make efforts to find out the financial support for the teaching and researching projects.
