Quality Management System for University

 

The Quality Manual is the main document of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Università politecnica delle Marche describing the following aspects:

  • general criteria and guidelines of the QMS;
  • responsibilities within the organization;
  • Quality policy adopted;
  • the structure and responsibilities of all the processes that have influence the quality of service provided.
