Tuition and Fees

Academic Year 2018/2019

The Università Politecnica delle Marche has adopted a new tuition fee system since the 2017/2018 Academic Year.

Tuition fees include the regional tax, stamp duties and an amount which depends on the student’s household income and the course chosen.

The student’s household income must be determined through the ISEE‐Indicator, i.e. a financial tool that assesses the effective income and asset situation.

Instalments and deadlines

Tuition fees are due in three installments:

  • The 1° installment amounts to 156,00 € and it is the same for all students. It includes 140,00 € for the regional tax and 16,00 € for stamp duties; the first installment must be aid upon enrollment or registration, not later than 5th November, 2018. If the course requires an admission test the first installment is to be paid within the terms indicated in the related calls.
  • The second and third installments vary according to the course chosen and the ISEE Indicator.
To determine the ISEE‐Indicator students need to submit by November 13, 2018 the self‐declaration provided online.
Payment deadline for the 2° installment is December 20, 2018.
Payment deadline for the 3° installment is May 31, 2019.

Payments must be made either using the MAV‐form that can be downloaded from the student’s account (reserved Area), or through the PagoPA system.

Applicants will be charged with an additional 50 € fee for late payments.

+ - How to submit the self-certification

To have your university fees determined according to your income and assets situation, you need to submit your Isee-certification not later than 13 November 2018. To do that, just log in in the Esse 3Web platform and follow the instructions provided. This procedure will authorize the University to have access to the INPS database and obtain your ISEE-indicator. To check if you are entitled to benefit from any other aids or grants that may be applied for through the same procedure, please have a look at the following section.

Students who are going to graduate in the autumn/extraordinary session and enroll in a second-cycle degree course are required to follow the same procedure.

To start the procedure, please click on: Esse3 Web - Segreteria - Autocertificazione  (See our guide to Isee certification guida all'autocertificazione).

Please, note that only the ISEE-indicator for university studies will apply. Isee-Indicators resulting from omissions or miscalculations will not be considered.

To have your ISEE-Indicator worked out  you can ask for assistance at a Fiscal Assistance Centre (CAF) or at INPS (National Social Security Institution). Please, be aware that you have 10 days’ time from the confirmation of the above-mentioned procedure.

After the procedure has been completed, the system will automatically select the highest fee rate. The correct fee rate will be visualized as soon as the ISEE-Indicator is obtained from the Inps-database. The amount of the fees to be paid can be visualized in the first half of December.

If during the procedure the University is not given authorization to obtain your ISEE-Indicator from the INPS database, the system will automatically select the highest fees required for your course of study. Please, consider that the regional tax and stamp duties are to be added to that amount. For further information on the ISEE-Indicator, please see our guide to Isee-certification (guida all'ISEE).

You can send any notes or enquiries to our Help Desk within 15 days after the amount due has been published. After that you can submit the MAV-Form for the payment.
