The course of study in short

The Master's Degree Course in Public Management and Social-Health Systems is characterized by the training of managers in the field of Public Administration, Health Authorities, Social Services Companies and Territorial Social Areas, non-profit social organizations, as well as aggregative and reticular forms that increasingly characterize these areas. The design of the course was carried out looking for a comparison with health, social and non-profit companies, public administrations, business associations and professional associations in order to ensure on one hand a culturally strong training path in line with the demands of the labor market. and, on the other hand, a series of contact and relationship opportunities between students and stakeholders.

 

The course is designed according to an international approach in the treatment of managerial problems and is therefore aimed at providing students with knowledge and understanding according to a multiplicity of observation perspectives, such as to guarantee completeness, versatility and flexibility to the training. Alongside the economic and business disciplines, the courses also concern the economic-statistical, legal, sociological, and social service areas, while basic skills are also required in the linguistic and IT fields.


The breadth of the course contents allows the graduate a variety of professional opportunities: administrative or managerial positions in the various corporate functions of public or private health companies, public administrations or non-profit companies and in those roles where cross-functional knowledge is required, openness international, attitude to change, as well as in roles of assistance to the general management. In smaller non-profit companies, graduates may aspire to quickly fill positions in management or general management.

- Responsabile funzioni amministrative di supporto (Risorse umane, patrimonio, acquisti, sistemi informativi, affari generali, conoscenza di aspetti giuridici, contabili e gestionali legati alle pubbliche amministrazioni e capacità di indirizzare e motivare il lavoro dei collaboratori)

- Responsabile dei servizi sociali e socio-sanitari (pianificazione, organizzazione e gestione manageriale nell'ambito dei servizi socio-sanitari; valutazione dei servizi e delle politiche sociali).
