Registrar's Office

 

The Registrar’s Office deals with the administrative management of students’ academic careers during their time at university, from enrolment to graduation, for bachelor’s and master’s degree courses.

It also manages procedures related to state examinations.

 

Students at the Università Politecnica delle Marche can access the following on line services by logging onto their Personal Esse3web Area:

 

  • Consult academic career
  • Change personal information (address, telephone details and email)
  • Present study plan
  • Register for exams
  • Give consent for the retrieval of ISEE (Equivalent Economic Status Indicator) documents from the INPS database
  • Consult university tuition fee instalments and pay through the PagoPA platform
  • Access university e-mail. The institutional university e-mail address is used for official university communications.
  • Download the declaration forms regarding your university career.
