Enrolling for years subsequent to the first

From 1st August to 6th November  2023.

After 6th November 2023 with a late penalty fee (as defined by the Tuition Fee Regulations).

Enrolment is carried out with the payment of the 1st instalment of the tuition fees, paid through the PagoPA system by accessing the personal area on Esse3web.  The 1st instalment is 156.00 Euro.

Non-EU students must give the Registrar’s office a copy of their renewed residence permit or a copy of the renewal application. Expired residence permits will block students’ careers.

Part-time enrolment may be chosen in the years following the first. A 50% reduction is applied to the all-inclusive contribution compared to those who enrol full-time. If you want to move from full-time to part-time, you must apply to the Registrar’s Office by 6.11.2023.

Fees

1st instalment: by 6th November 2023. The 1st instalment is 156.00 Euro.

2nd instalment: 14th December 2023

3rd instalment: 31st May 2024

Payments made after the deadline will be subject to late penalty fee (as defined in the Tuition Fee Regulations).

Payments can be made from the personal area, via the PagoPA system.

A few days after paying the fee, you can verify that it has been registered in your personal area.

Should the payment not appear registered on the University's computer system, it is recommended that you provide a copy of the proof of payment to the Registrar’s Office as soon as possible.

Note that the system automatically applies the late penalty fee if it finds that the payment is made after the given deadline. Therefore, it is necessary to check, particularly when using payment services via internet banking, debit or telephone banking, whether the time needed to execute a payment order is enough to ensure that the deadline is met.

The Università Politecnica delle Marche and ERDIS (Regional Authority for Access to Education) provide exemptions/reduction of  tuition fees and contributions to be granted and give scholarships. Terms and conditions can be found on the respective institutional websites.
