Exams

To take exams, it is essential to have paid the tuition fees due at that time and to be compliant with enrolment requirements.
Only exams included in the Study Plan can be taken.

  • Students can not take exams for the year they are enrolled in before the teaching activity of the module has ended.
  • If course attendance is compulsory, the examination can only be taken after obtaining the relevant certification.
  • Examinations must ascertain the students’ knowledge in the module subject.
  • Students must come to exams with a valid ID document.
  • Students receive a mark out of thirty, which is then recorded on the appropriate report.
  • The exam is passed if the mark is equal to or greater than 18/30. Should the student gain the maximum mark (30/30), the Exam Commission may grant the award ‘cum laude’.
  • ECTS credits are only acquired by passing the exam or other form of verification.
  • Exams which have been registered as passed can not be retaken.
