Before submitting the study plan

The student must have correctly finalized the registration to the current academic year 2023/2024 in order to be able to submit the study plan.

How to fill the study plan

After accessing the procedure, the student will have the necessary information to fill the study plan. We remind you that the study plan of all the degree courses and master’s degree courses of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery is fixed, this means that Integrated Courses are assigned to each student at the moment of the first enrolment for the whole duration of the study course and cannot be edited.

The only activities which require the filling of the study plan are the ADEs (monographic courses) and the optional courses if the student is interested in obtaining the Biomedical Engineering title.

Please Note! Before proceeding with the filling of the study plan with the ADEs selection you have to read carefully the MONOGRAPHIC COURSES OFFER 2023-2024(126 KB) for the current academic year 2023/2024.

What are the rules to submit your study plan?

  • The student has to fill the study plan
  • Once submitted, the study plan binds the student to the attendance of the selected activities only (the student is not allowed to attend activities not included in the study plan) and it is not editable for the whole duration of the year. The edits can be submitted with the filling of the following year’s study plan.
  • Students who are enrolled “on schedule” (in corso) can submit their study plans online. All the other students that during their career have registered as “off schedule” (fuori corso) or “repeating”, will have to submit their study plan printed on paper.
  • In every instance of missed study plan submission inside the established deadlines, this will be assigned automatically by the Student Secretariat.

What are the rules to select the monographic Courses/forum?

  •  The student chooses the minimum number of monographic Courses included in his/her study plan. This number can only be increased for potential remedial(s) of previous years debts due to edits to their choices, missed attendance up to a maximum number of monographic courses equal to the previous years’ debt.
  • The student chooses the didactic activities for his/her year of the course or for previous years of the course (The selection of activities beyond the student’s current year of enrolment is not allowed).
  • Regarding the ADEs (electives, monographic courses) it is mandatory to select one course related to the Engineering SSD and another course related to the Medicine SSD
  • The student is not allowed to obtain, in relation to the monographic courses, a number of credits superior to the one established by the “Ordinamento” for each year of the course.
  • If the student didn’t attend one or more ADEs (monographic courses) selected in previous years, he/she must delete them by removing the flag from the specific activity and must also obtain the related credits in the current academic year. The student will be allowed to select again the activity/activities if those are still available in the among the current offer or will have to swap it with other activities.
