5 steps to enrol at UNIVPM

Academic Year 2023/2024

Step one: Choose your course

Choose your course at Università Politecnica delle Marche - go to:

Step two: Apply for the ERDIS regional scholarship (Regional Authority for Access to Education)

Step three: Enrol from 17th July

To enrol in a three-year free access undergraduate course, you must first register on:

You can follow the instructions here:

To enrol in a two-year free access master’s degree course, follow the instructions on:

Application deadline:  6th November 2023. From the following day, an additional contribution of EUR 25 will be applied for the following 60 days, or EUR 50.00 after 60 days.

To apply for a course with limited access, register to take part in the admission test:

Step four: Take the entry knowledge test

For three-year free access courses, you must have an adequate initial preparation, which is established by means of a specific "entry knowledge test".

The aim of the test is to guide you in choosing the right course, and failure to pass it does not prevent you from enrolling.

If you do not take or pass the test, you will be assigned OFA (additional learning requirements), which you will have to complete in the manner and time established by your Faculty or Department, otherwise you will have to retake the first year (this means that you will not be able to sit any second year exams).

Go to the learning facilities pages to find out how and when the tests take place:

Tests passed during the orientation days are considered valid.

Step five: Learn about deductible university fees and tuition fees

The amount of the fees payable consists of a fixed portion (regional tax and stamp duty) and a variable portion (all-inclusive contribution), determined on the basis of the chosen course and the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Status Indicator), which you can request from a CAF (Tax Assistance Centre) or directly from INPS Italian National Institute for Social Security) via the online procedure before the application expiry date.

Check whether you are eligible for a full waiver or reduced fees:

  • See tax and benefit policy   (currently being updated)
  • Please note that university expenses (university fees, rent for student accommodation) are deductible and are eligible for tax benefits.
