International students are:
- EU and EU-equivalent students holding a foreign qualification
- Non-EU students applying for a Visa.
Access to Italian university courses for international students not residing in Italy is regulated by the rules published each year on the website of the Ministry of University and Research (MUR) www.studiare-in-italia.it/studentistranieri/
