Badge

You can pick up your badge from 16^th November 2023 at the Ufficio Dottorato di Ricerca e Post laurea – Via Oberdan n. 8 personally or by a third part. Third parties will have to show valid identification of themselves and of the interested person as well as a written proxy for authorization for collection.

In order to do this, you have to make an appointment at the following link:  https://www.univpm.it/prenotazione-servizi.

The above-mentioned badge will allow you to have access to all services made available by the University (parking, facilities, laboratories, etc.) prior authorization of the Head of the facility and must be returned to our office at the end of the PhD-Course. The badge can also be used as identification document within the University premises and in a number of other buildings/premises associated to the University. Should the PhD-Course be terminated before the end of the three years, the badge will have to be returned upon termination of the PhD-Course.

PROVISIONS

• The badge is strictly personal and may not be transferred for any reason.
• The use of the badge not in accordance with the provisions issued by the University will lead to its immediate deactivation.
• The badge may be replaced, in case of loss or deterioration, upon new request and payment of the sum of € 25,00 to be made through the payment portal https://www.univpm.it/Entra/Portale_dei_Pagamenti
• The badge must be returned to the PhD Office at the end of the PhD-course.
• Any loss must be reported immediately to Divisione Tecnica Impianti – Gestione Accessi, Facoltà di Economia, e-mail gestione.accessi@univpm.it , Tel. 071.220.7345 and to the PhD office e-mail dottorato@sm.univpm.it
