Matriculation to free access Bachelor’s degree courses
from 17th July to 6th November 2023
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Matriculation to free access Master’s degree courses
from 17th July to 6th November 2023 in accordance with the procedures set out for admission to each Master’s degree course, as decided by the Faculty.
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Admission to restricted access Degree Courses
The terms and conditions for admission to restricted access degree courses are indicated in the specific calls for application.
Enrolling for years subsequent to the first
From 1st August to 6th November 2023
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Presenting your study plan
By 30th November 2023.
After 30th November there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
Students matriculating in Master's degrees after 30th November 2023 (due to graduation in December 2023 or February 2024) can complete their study plans during specific periods indicated on the Registrar’s Office website.
Changing courses (between UNIVPM courses)
From 1st August to 6th November.
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €100.00.
Outgoing transfers (to other universities)
From 1st August to 6th November.
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €100.00.
Incoming transfers (from other Universities)
From 1st August to 6th November.
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €100.00.
Applying to graduate
From 1st to 20th May 2024 for the summer session
From 1st to 30th July 2024 for the autumn session (first round)
From 1st to 30th September 2024 for the autumn session (second round)
From 1st to 20th December 2024 for the additional session
Applications to graduate may be submitted after these dates, and within the deadlines established by the graduation schedules, subject to the payment of a € 50.00 penalty fee.
