Certificates

    • Must be requested on stamped paper
    • All types of certificates can be requested for use abroad, some (see list below) can be requested in English:

     

                   Simple enrolment with legal course duration

                   Enrolment with study plan and exams passed

                   Enrolment with exams and transfer date

                   Degree

                   Degree with exams, dates and thesis title

                   Degree with academic years

                   Professional Qualification

                   Professional Qualification with mark

                   Withdrawal with academic year and exams

     

    • If the destination country is not listed below, once you have the certificate you need to legalise it at the Prefecture - Ufficio territoriale del Governo di Ancona - Ufficio Legalizzazioni, located in Via Matteotti, 46 - 60121 Ancona - 071.2282422  http://www.prefettura.it/ancona/contenuti/45047.htm
      countries which do not require legalisation: France, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Germany and Hungary.
 

Diploma Supplement (DS)

The DS supplements your qualification and is issued in two languages (Italian and English), according to a European model with information on: Personal data, qualification, level and functions of the qualification, curriculum and marks, summary of the national higher education system.

  • The DS is issued by Università Politecnica delle Marche to those who have obtained a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree (Ministerial Decree 509/99 and Ministerial Decree 270/04 beginning from July 2005.
  • DSs are issued without charge.
  • DSs do not need stamp duty.
  • Issuing a DS requires at least 15 days.

 

The request form is the same as the form used for certificates. 

 

Sworn translations: A sworn translation, otherwise known as an “official translation”, a “certified translation in accordance with the original” or a “sworn translation”, is a translation that is official and legal.
