Declarations in lieu of certification

In relations with public administrations, all certifications concerning the student's university career can be replaced by declarations in lieu of certification, pursuant to current legislation (Presidential Decree no. 445 dated 28/12/2000). In signing this, the student is aware of the penalties for false attestations and false declarations foreseen by the current legislation (penal code and special laws on the subject).

For any problems accessing the Personal Area, the student will need to use the Help Desk service.

Certification

Pursuant to art.15 c.1 of Law 12.11.2011 no. 183, certificates issued by public administrations are valid and usable only in relations between private parties and therefore all certificates issued by the Registrar’s Office will contain the following wording: "This certificate may not be submitted to bodies of public administration or private providers of public services."
