Entry knowledge test/ Master’s degree course admission
Bachelor’s degree courses:
The criteria, contents and deadlines of the knowledge tests are published on the Department of Life and Environmental Sciences website
The OFA (Additional Training Requirements) must be completed by 10.08.2024. Failure to complete OFA by that date results in repeating the first year when enrolling in the next academic year.
Master’s degree courses

Matriculating in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree courses as per Ministerial Decree 270/2004
- From 17th July to 6th November 2023 via a computerised web-based procedure.
- After 6th November 2023 with a late penalty fee (as defined by the Tuition Fee Regulations).
Enrolling for years subsequent to the first
- From 1st August to 6th November 2023
- After 6th November, 2023 with a late registration penalty fee (as defined by the Student tuition fee Regulations).
Enrolment is carried out with the payment of the first instalment of the tuition fees, from Esse3 Personal Area, through the PagoPA system.
Please note: There is a concession for Graduands who have submitted their applications to be admitted to the final exam within the prescribed time limits and so do not enrol by 6th November 2023 because they are waiting to graduate in the autumn session or the additional session of the academic year 2022/2023: Should they not graduate in one of the above mentioned sessions, they can register as ‘fuori corso’ (students enrolled for a number of years beyond the standard duration of their course) by the deadlines of 22nd December 2023 and 31st March 2024 respectively, or for students graduating after 31st March 2024, no later than the 7th working day subsequent to their graduation date.

Course changes and transfers to other universities
Changes/transfers may be accepted upon completion of the requirements for admission to each course.
- Submitting request: from 1st August to 6th November 2023
- After 6th November 2023 and until 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €50.00
- After 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €100.00.
Incoming transfers from other universities
Transfer acceptance: From 1st August to 6th November 2023
- After 6th November 2023 and until 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €50.00.
- After 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €100.00.

Applications to graduate may be submitted subsequent to these dates, and within the deadlines established by the graduation schedules, subject to the payment of a € 50.00 penalty fee.

Payments made after the deadline will be subject to a late penalty fee (as defined in the Tuition Fee Regulations).
