Student collaboration contracts

 

Call for applications for the assignment of n. 15 student collaboration contracts reserved for international students - a.y. 2023/2024

 

Requirements for the selection:

  • Foreign citizenship;
  • University entrance qualification obtained abroad;
  • Enrolment in a bachelor's degree or single cycle Master's degree, with the exclusion of students enrolled in the 1st year of course; enrolment in a master’s degree.
 

Some useful information

  • You can participate in the selection if you don’t have a part-time contract a.y. 23/24 and if you have not received scholarships of €3,000.00 or more for this academic year;
  • If you have not submitted your ISEE certificate but still intend to use it for the purpose of calculating the income indicator, you need to contact the Student and Right to Education Office. If the ISEE is not presented, the 7th bracket will automatically be assigned.
  • You can apply from 12/04/2024 (10 a.m.) to 29/04/2024 2024 (12 noon).

     

The ranking list will be published by 14/05/2024.

 

 

The ranking list is drawn up taking the following criteria of merit and income into consideration:

I = M + a*R

where

M = merit indicator

R =  income indicator

a = coefficient to determine the weight of R in the final indicator. For the current year the value (a) is set at 0,5.

For the calculations of indicators M and R , refer to the call.

In the event of a tie, the younger age of birth prevails.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

+ - Call for applications for the assignment of 150 hour student collaboration contracts - a.y. 2023-2024.

 

Those who have a regular enrollment for a.y. 2023-2024 in one of the following types of courses may apply to participate inthe selection:

  • Bachelor's and single cycle Master's degree courses (with the exclusion of students enrolled in the 1st year of the course);
  • Non single cycle Master’s degree courses
 

Some useful information:

  • To apply, you must have passed at least 2/5 of your examinations or you must have obtained 2/5 of the credits foreseen in your academic record booklet (with reference to the 2022-2023 course catalogue);
  • Before completing the application, it is necessary to verify – from the academic record booklet accessible on Esse3 Personal Area – that all the examinations taken have been recorded (exams are considered passed if marked with a green circle). Any missing records should be reported, in your own interest, to the relevant Registrar's Office;
  • If you have not submitted your ISEE certificate but still intend to use it for the purpose of calculating the income indicator, you need to report it promptly to the Student and Right to Education Office. If the ISEE is not presented and there is no communication, the 7th bracket will automatically be assigned.
  • You can apply from December 20, 2023 (10 a.m.) to January 31, 2024 (12 noon).

     

    The ranking list will be published on this page on 14th February 2024.
