Bachelor’s degree courses:

Criteria, content and deadlines for the knowledge test can be found on the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences  website.

The OFA (Additional Training Requirements) must be completed by 10.08.2024. Failure to complete OFA by that date results in repeating the first year when enrolling in the next academic year.

Master’s degree courses

The terms and conditions for admission to master's degree courses are indicated in the specific calls for application

• From 17th July to 6th November 2023 by computerised web-based procedure.
• After 6th November 2023 with a late penalty fee (as defined by the Tuition Fee Regulations).

• From 1st August to 6th November  2023
• After 6th November 2023 with a late registration penalty fee (as defined by the Student tuition fee Regulations).

Enrolment is carried out upon the payment of the 1st instalment of tuition fees, paid through the PagoPA system by accessing the personal area on Esse3web.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a concession for Graduands who have submitted their applications to be admitted to the final exam within the prescribed time limits and so do not enrol by 6th November 2023 because they are waiting to graduate in the autumn session or the additional session of the academic year 2022/2023: Should they not graduate in one of the above mentioned sessions, they can register as ‘fuori corso’ (students enrolled for a number of years beyond the standard duration of their course) by the deadlines of 22nd December 2023 and 31st March 2024 respectively, or for students graduating after 31st March 2024, no later than the 7th working day subsequent to their graduation date.

• Deadline: 30th November 2023
• After 30th November with a penalty fee of €50.00

Changes/transfers may be accepted when the admission requirements for each course have been met..

• Submitting applications: from 1st August to 6th November 2023
• After 6th November and until 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €50.00.
• After 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €100.00.

Transfer acceptance: From 1st August to 6th November 2023

• After 6th November and until 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €50.00.
• After 22nd December 2023 with a penalty fee of €100.00.

Applying to graduate 

From 1st to 20th May 2024 for the summer session (July)

From 1st to 30th July 2024 for the autumn Session (October)

From 1st to 30th September 2024 for the autumn session (December)

From 1st to 20th December 2024 for the additional session (February)

Applications to graduate may be submitted after these dates, and within the deadlines established by the graduation schedules, subject to the payment of a € 50.00 penalty fee.

Presenting ISEE (Equivalent Economic Status Indicator) certificate to determine all inclusive fees: 6th November 2023

Payments made after the deadline will be subject to a late penalty fee (as defined in the Tuition Fee Regulations).
