Discounts on public transportation

If you are a regurarly enrolled student, as well as exchange student, you can require a discount on public transportation thanks to the agreement between Univpm and TRASFER scarl.

You can choose between 4 different type of subsicription:

alfa option): 9 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, 24KM

effective for a total of 9 months from the 1st of October 2023 untill the 30th of June* 2024.

€270,00 (including taxes) paid by the student.

Beta option): 12 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, 24 KM

effective for a total of 12 months from the 1st of October 2023 untill the 30th of September* 2024.

€380,00 (including taxes) paid by the student.

Gamma option): 9 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, >24 KM

effective for a total of 9 months from the 1st of October 2023 untill the 30th of June* 2024.

€470,00 (including taxes) paid by the student.

Delta option): 12 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, >24 KM

effective for a total of 12 months from the 1st of October 2023 untill the 30th of September* 2024.

€640,00 (including taxes) paid by the student.

*the subscription ends on the 30th June/ September regardless of the day of subscription.

To obtain your subscription you have to get your identification card for the price of €5,40.

To do so go to the TRASFER office in Giovanni da Palestrina street n.63, Fermo.

Bring a copy of your fiscal code, ID and a recent passport photo together with one of the following three forms.

The TRASFER office will give you your identification card and then you will be able to ask for your public transportation subscription.

Application form for first-year student – a.y. 2023/2024

Valid for first years students for the academic year 2023/2024

Please attach the invoice of the first fee installment.

Application form for students enrolled in years after the first – a.y. 2023/2024

Valid for:

• Students enrolled after the first year, first installment already payed. Please attach the invoice of the first installment.
• Students enrolled in the academic year 2022/2023 that want to enroll to the academic year 2023/2024. Please attach the “dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione degli anni di iscrizione” 2022/2023 (available in Esse3 Web - Segreteria - Certificati - Autodichiarazione anni iscrizione).

Application form for undergraduates of the extraordinary session of a.y. 2022/2023

Valid for students that are graduating in the last graduating period of the academic year 2022/ 2023.

Please attach the “dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione degli anni di iscrizione” 2022/2023 (available in Esse3 Web - Segreteria - Certificati - Autodichiarazione anni iscrizione).

The 2018 budget law, in the art.1 comma 28, introduced the IRPEF allowance of 19% for public urban, regional and interregional transportation expenses for a maximum of €250.

The facilitation covers both the expenses incurred directly by the tax payer and those expenses incurred by a fiscally dependet family member.
