Matriculating in Bachelor's degree courses DM270/ 04
from 17th July to 6th November 2023.
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Matriculating in Master's degree courses DM 270/04
from 17th July to 6th November 2023 in accordance with the admission procedures for each Master’s degree course as established by the Faculty.
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Enrolling for years subsequent to the first
from 1st August to 6th November 2023.
After 6th November:
- with a penalty fee of €25.00 within 60 days of the deadline
- with a penalty fee of €50.00 over 60 days from the deadline
Presenting your study plan
From 1st to 30th November 2023.
After 30th November with penalty fee of € 50.00 (Study Plan Presentation)
Changing courses (between UNIVPM courses)
Application submission : from 1st August to 6th November 2023.
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €100.00.
Please note: a change in course will only be accepted for courses pursuant to DM 270/2004 and subject to meeting the requirements for admission to each course.
Outgoing transfers (to other universities)
Application submission : from 1st August to 6th November 2023.
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is an extra penalty fee of €100.00.
Incoming transfers from other universities
The discharge papers must be sent by 6th November 2023 .
After 6th November and until 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €50.00.
After 22nd December there is a penalty fee of €100.00.
Transfers can only be accepted for courses pursuant to DM 270/2004 and subject to meeting the requirements for admission to each master’s degree course.
Recognition of non-university activities as ECTS credits
Application: from 17th July 2023 to 30th April 2024 (activities recognisable in ECTS credits)
Only language certifications are accepted after the deadline.
Fees
Application for reductions/exemptions: No later than 5th November 2023 in accordance with the procedures laid down in the specific notice for applications
