Moving Around

Around Ancona

The urban bus and trolleybus service is run by Conerobus (Conerobus SpA - Società per la mobilità intercomunale).

Every year Conerobus publishes a timetable and a map of routes. Buses and trolleybuses can be identified by their number and letter; there are two circular bus routes (CD and CS).

Tickets can be bought at Tobacconists' and authorised Newsagents as well as from ticket machines which can be found at main stops.

Tickets can be bought at the Tobacconist’s and authorised Newsagents as well as from ticket machines which can be found on board.
Tickets are valid for an hour and a half from the moment they are stamped (price €1.20). The one-way ticket allows you to change buses and routes on the same journey.

Bus passes are available for the whole bus network and are valid for 30 days. In addition, there are some reductions on one-year bus-passes for international students regularly enrolled at the university (not for exchange students).
