Submission and revision of Study Plans

a.y. 2023/24

 

Beginning Nov. 1 and ending Nov. 30, 2023, students matriculated or enrolled in subsequent years may submit or revise their study plan, with online procedure from their Esse3web personal area.

Please read the specific warnings posted below very carefully.

In case of failure to submit the study plan within the deadline, a "standard plan" will be assigned.

 

 

Course- and year-specific warnings

 
  1. WARNING: The student is required to strictly adhere to the deadline set by the University. After this deadline, a fee of € 50.00 will be applied, to be paid exclusively through the PagoPA system (contact the secretary's office to upload the fee in the reserved area).

  2. OVERNUMBER EXAMINATIONS: Those enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's Degree Courses may include in the study plan supernumerary credits up to a maximum of No. 12 credits out of the total provided for the Course of Study and within the scope of type "D" - at the student's choice according to what is established in the Student and Student Regulations (art. 18).

 
Important

 

Under the free choice (Activity "D") those who wish to include in their plan:

 

- International Internship (see notice)

- Contamination Lab (see notice)

- Chinese language and culture (for confirmation of activation see CSAL notices)

 

must have already obtained the relevant certificate of one of the activities or be in the process of doing it.

Erasmus students

As stated in the Notice and the Faculty Regulations for ERASMUS Students:

"If the changes made to the Learning Agreement also entail a change to the official Study Plan, the Erasmus student(s) must make the change to their Study Plan according to the procedures indicated by the Student Secretariat and in compliance with the deadlines set by the Academic Bodies."

 

Erasmus students must change their Study Plan according to the following deadlines:

 

- November 30th, 2023 for students attending the first semester or the entire academic year

- March 31th, 2024 for courses taken abroad in the second semester and for students attending only the II semester
