1. Recognition criteria for validation requests for the Master's degree In Medicine and Surgery:
For exams / careers previously taken in English, validation is granted after verification of the equivalence of the scientific disciplinary sector, of the credits acquired (number of hours) and of the program carried out.
For exams / careers previously taken in a language other than English - subject to verification of the scientific disciplinary sector, of the credits acquired (number of hours) and of the equivalence of the program carried out - an additional interview in English is foreseen, following which the teacher can confirm or supplement the grade obtained in the exam of the previous career.

2. Method of submission: the only accepted method of submitting applications is that provided for in this procedure, within the set deadlines. No other submission methods and / or out-of-time applications will be accepted, except for students who enroll after the deadline.

3. Documents to be attached: in order for the application to be complete and evaluated, it is necessary to attach the mandatory documentation as described.Documents have to be written in English or Italian. 

4. PROGRAM OF THE EXAMS: Where required, for all the exams for which validation is requested it is necessary to attach the relative PROGRAM which must be found in one of the following ways: - stamped by the Student Secretariat of origin; - photocopied from the student guide of the year of enrollment; - downloaded from the University's official website, with indication of the path (url), so that it can be traced; - signed by the teacher who took the course.

5. Credit recognition applications are submitted to the competent Commission and approved by the Faculty Council in the first useful session and, in any case, the results of the validations will be made known to students before the beginning of the February exam session.

6. Against the result of the validation it is possible to send a request for clarification / revision within 30 days of receipt of the result or administrative document.

7. Students will not be able to sit exams for which they have requested validation of attendance until the results are notified by the Secretariat. Once validation is obtained, it cannot be refused.
